The distribution takes place at Bagarkot Dewal Dibyapur village in Dadeldhura district. Those collecting their rice travel 2-3 hours from remote villages accessible only on foot. Rather than directly handing out food, Oxfam provide households vouchers redeemable against food from local stores.
